Effective as of December 1, 2021, users may cancel a reservation for on-demand bookings free of charge up to 24 hours before the session’s start time. Class sessions, as well as individual sessions of a recurring reservation, may also be cancelled up to 24 hours before the start time. Once the cancellation limit has been exceeded, your credit card on file is automatically charged, and it is thus no longer possible to cancel, modify, or edit your booking.

Should you wish to change the time, date, or location of your upcoming reservation, you must do so 24 hours before the start time

For sessions that are scheduled within the same 24 hours, a 30-minute grace period is provided to cancel the reservation.
You can cancel your reservations directly in the Silofit app by navigating to your Sessions page, toggling to your Upcoming tab and selecting the session that you would like to cancel. Once you cancel your booking, it will no longer appear in your upcoming reservations tab. You will also receive an email confirming that your reservation has been successfully canceled.
