As we continue to update our policies to provide the best possible experience for every user, as of April 1, 2022, we have updated our policy for holding recurring sessions.


You still have the option to cancel a session up to 24 hours before the start time as per our Cancellation Policy, however if more than 2 recurring sessions are canceled within a period of 4 weeks we will automatically cancel the rest of the recurring reservation for that specific time slot. 

You will then have to wait 30 days before you can book the recurring session for this time slot again. 

For example: Should you have an ongoing recurring reservation on your account, Silofit permits a maximum of 2 cancelled sessions per 4 weeks. Should you make a third cancellation within a 4 weeks rolling period, Silofit will automatically put an end to the recurring reservation. From there, you will have to wait 30 days before booking that same slot again.
