Effective December 1, 2021, you can cancel a reservation for on-demand bookings for free up to 24 hours before it begins. Please note that your credit card will be charged within 24 hours of the start time. All weekly recurring reservations for Silofit Pro and Silofit+ users must also be cancelled 24 hours prior to the start time. 


For sessions that are scheduled within 24 hours, a 30-minute grace period will be provided to cancel the reservation. 


You can cancel these reservations directly in the Silofit mobile app, or by reaching out to our Support team by email at support@silofit.com, live chat on our website or mobile app, or by phone at 1-844-834-2808.


You can cancel reservations from the Sessions page > Upcoming > Session that you would like to cancel > Cancel session.


After cancelling your reservation, it will no longer appear in your upcoming reservations. You will also receive an email confirming that your reservation has been cancelled.
