With an iOS device, you’ll be able to delete your account by opening the Silofit app then tapping your name on the bottom right > Account > Delete Account.
If you are on an Android device, please reach out to us by contacting the Silofit Support team. They can be reached by email at firstname.lastname@example.org, via Live Chat on our website and app, or by phone at 1-844-834-2808. You’ll be asked to provide the full name, email and telephone number associated with your account and any additional information needed to process the request.
If you have any scheduled upcoming or recurring reservations, they will automatically be canceled; we’ll send you an email to confirm these cancelations. Please be aware that any outstanding charges are still your responsigbility even after account deletion.
If you are a Silofit Pro subscriber, your recurring reservations will be automatically canceled, and we will process the cancelation of your monthly subscription. Please note that we will not refund your credit card (whether in full or partial) for canceling your monthly subscription.
