Each Silo has a keypad on the door handle - you'll be required to enter your access code in order to enter your space. You will receive your unique access codes by email and they will be available directly in the mobile app.
We will send you instructions on how to get into the Silo when you make the booking. All you will need to do is enter your access code to unlock the door, and you’re in!
You’ll receive an email with your access code up to 2 minutes prior to your session to access the Silo. If applicable, you’ll also be able to unlock the door to the building from the Silofit app, 15 minutes prior to your session.
If your session is on the weekend or outside of regular business hours, we will send you instructions on how to get in the building.
